Ok so i have a quick question. I have a Higher National Diploma in Public Services, for anyone who may not know this means i'm pretty much two years into a degree and only need to study for another year to complete it. I did my first two years at the college where i got my B-TEC, which means i haven't actually been to uni yet, meaning i have all that UCAS mider to get through. I took a year out after my second year, in order to tend to personal issues that couldn't be avoided. I want to go to uni in september 2016 to do the top up, spoke with ucas a while back and i have to go through the full procedure, but the question is, is it too late to apply now? given my circumstances? yes i could phone the course leader and find out, but for certain reasons i need to find out now. cheers.

You'll need to ask the course leader. Different courses have different policies so some will consider late applications and others won't. It depends how popular the course is and other factors.
