    Change underwear once a week.

    Shower once a week.

Wash hair every 3 days. I think that way nobody notices. If it looks like I have clean hair then it also would suggest that I shower regularly, and not only do I not produce a very offensive smell anyway, but I use deodorant enough to cover it up.

As far as I'm concerned, as long as no one else knows, I'm fine.

Also brush teeth once a day in the mornings.
    This is horrendous.

    You change your underwear everyday.

You shower at least once a day. Boys wash hair everyday.

You brush your teeth twice a day.

You might think people don't notice but they do.

I advise if you're a boy wash your hair daily. Mine looks oily if I don't do it daily.

Actually it's not advisable to wash your hair and body everyday as it does something to your body natural oil

    That's what I thought too.

I tend to have to change my clothes almost everyday. But that's because I tend to get something down them, rather than the fact that they smell.

I find it disgusting that someone said they don't change their socks everyday. I'm sure that causes bacteria to grow?

I wash my hair whenever I run, which is usually every 2-3 days.

this is actually true and when it is washed, it should be washed twice
once to wash the crap of the outside, the second to clean inside the cuticles (think thats the name, left college a while ago)

well hair is every 2-3 days ideally
body is down to preference i guess but id say along the same lines if your aiming on keeping your natural oils

Yeah. Idk why people say to shower everyday
they might omit bad odour or have a legit BO problem with over active sweat glands etc
but generally people do it to be clean (excluding natural oils)
theres alot of stipulation and pressure on hygiene though and its become habit for most people

Yh. Tbh isn't showering everday a bit extreme? Most people do it after two days

I wear a pad even if I'm not on my period so my pants can last for 3-7 days without a wash
    Thats grim.
