    Hi,

I'm going to visit CERN which is in the border between France and Switzerland. I'm applying for a schengen visa. Do you think I need two entries to cross over to France and come back to Switzerland or just single entry?

I've just gone ahead and moved this thread to the Travel section, in the hope that you get some more answers! All the best!

Both France and Switzerland are in Schengen so, providing you do not leave to go to a non-Schengen country during your trip, you will only need a single entry visa.

Visa should be applied for at the embassy of the country of first entry- if you are flying to Geneva this will be Switzerland.
