I saw on this blog a post about how someones mental illness feels and I wondered if anyone could relate?

The person writing it describes it as "like an alien has taken over their body and they're watching from afar" which is definitely how I feel sometimes.

Especially with anxiety. I feel like I'm trapped in a robot that won't let me do what I want.

Anyway, this is the blog post if you want to read it: http://www.prettymadthings.com/2016/...-say-this.html

How does your mental illness make you feel?

I can't really describe my mental illness because I am still unsure if I have it or not, despite being in hospital for years.
