Hi
Can someone explain to me in detail what B cells and T cells do.
And the whole plasma production thing.
Thank you

Macrophage engulfs pathogen and presents antigen
CD4 receptors on t helper bind to antigen receptors on macrophage which leads to t helper cell activation and division
T memory cells made and clones of ACTIVE t helper cells
The same pathogen attaches on to a b cell with complementary receptors causing the b cell to become an APC
Activated t helper cell from before binds with the b apc and produces cytokines that stimulate the b cell to divide into b memory cells ans b effector cells
B effector cells differentiate into plasma cells and plasma cells secrete antibodies!!! Voila
