Trust me, nearly everyone loves your curly hair except for you. You should embrace it

As long as it isn't thin or frizzy, I love curly hair

People like to pull on my curls and watch them spring back into shape.

curly hair is great! Straight hair is good too but can be quite boring.
You should be lucky that your hair is naturally curly, not a lot of girls have that and want that

    me for example lol

I have curls and I have hair upto the nape of my neck. I cut it recently but before it was past my shoulders and I had ringlets which went dark red in the light (I have reddish brown hair)

My mates were always jealous of my hair. As for guys, a lot of them love playing with curls.

Try using silk duvet and pillow cases. It may sound weird but it could help

Yep, I used to straighten it all the time because people would say it looked messy and scruffy

After a couple years I got fed up of straightening it and would always put my hair in a bun, now I kinda just do whatever I want with it

    Same.
Bad Faith recommended me to use coconut oil though, apparently that worked really well to get rid of frizz. :yep:
    Coconut oil is my lifeline.

I used to get bullied for my hair too so that doesn't help. It gets straightened daily now. I think curly hair looks good when it's not frizzy but mine frizzes constantly when left au naturel...
