Does anyone know how I can use Conditional Perfect and Future Perfect in my French writing: a local paper article about your town, where you used to live, where you would like to live, etc.

    Thanks.

Conditional Perfect- e.g. I would have gone there if...
Future Perfect- e.g. I will have completed my degree (i.e. when I complete my degree)

A few examples you could use (just adapt them to be more about yourself specifically):

Ma famille et moi habitions a (with grave accent, can't do it on my keyboard) ---. Nous y serions restés main il nous fallait venir ici parce que...

Je voudrais y retourner ou y habiter dans l'avenir, quand je serai plus vieux/ vieille.
