depends on if the numbers Ray started are ignoring invalid votes or not

We got 15 votes since Ray's post yesterday, so it's possible
they are not ignoring as ray doesn't how the power to see the invalid votes

Give the new people a chance. We have surely had enough of the nonsense from the establishment parties.

I thought you had given up on the MHoC, having not posted since January.

It's a shame that once ineligible votes are removed we probably haven't cracked that 100 vote target but it's a decent turnout nonetheless.

Who's up for an exit poll tomorrow?

Have you had the poll dupe checked? Due to the slow speed they are coming in and the fact that office hours end in like 30 minutes it might be worth doing it now and hoping that not too many votes come in in the next 2ish hours.

I've already contacted Pickles about it. Don't know how long it'll take. I certainly wouldn't expect the 'official' results today. But a sneaky exit poll with what I'd say is a fairly accurate prediction of who the two winners are may well be included in the update.

How do dupe checks on polls work?

I expend vast amounts of personal and political capital to get moderators to spend their valuable time combing through the voting list, removing the votes cast by those who don't meet our voting requirements. Moderators stop inviting me over for tea but order and democracy is defended.

Haha right sounds grand I was going to say because dupe checks for parties take feckin years

Yep, and the results to this by-election are likely to take decades to be revealed officially. However I'll release an exit poll (basically the results without ineligible votes discounted) tonight so people have something to talk about and once we have the 'official' results I'll award the seats.
