Yep, and the results to this by-election are likely to take decades to be revealed officially. However I'll release an exit poll (basically the results without ineligible votes discounted) tonight so people have something to talk about and once we have the 'official' results I'll award the seats.
    Ah right, right.
    Fair enough so

    The Exit Poll of Awesomeness

"Do you ever get the feeling that the only reason we have elections is to find out if the polls were right?" - Robert Orben

Having consulted with the great pollsters, pollmasters, and poltergeists of the MHoC I am now able to reveal a prediction of the official March 2016 by-election results. These are subject to change once the votes have been checked for fraud and ineligible voting. However I thought I'd give you all something to chew on.

    Drum roll please...

    The Financier - 38%
    Hydeman - 17%
    JoeL1994 - 14%
    Gladiator12345 - 30%

Percentages do not add up to 100% due to rounding to nearest 1%. Spoilt ballots have been discounted to calculate percentages. Bananas are an excellent source of potassium.

Thus, the pundits predict that The Financier and Gladiator12345 will win the two available seats for the TSR Conservative and Unionist Party and the TSR Socialist Party respectively. However these seats will not be awarded until the results are confirmed. I'll aim to get this done asap.

    Best wishes,

    Ray

    The Results (of Awesomeness)

"The people who cast votes don't decide an election, the people who count the votes do." - Joseph Stalin

The votes have been checked for fraud and ineligible voting. 29 votes were removed from the poll due to the user having less than 3 months on TSR (measured as having an account created after December 14th 2015) or less than 100 posts.

The final results are as follows:

    The Financier - 33.75%
    Hydeman - 18.75%
    JoeL1994 - 18.75%
    Gladiator12345 - 26.25%

The remaining 2.5% of votes were spoilt ballot. Bananas are still an excellent source of potassium.

Thus, The Financier and Gladiator12345 are elected as MPs to the Model House of Commons and so By-election VI concludes. Congratulations to the winners and commiserations to the runner ups.

    Best wishes,

    Ray :hat2:
