I'm a first year student trying to deal with anxiety at uni, recently I've been finding it really hard to cope with managing my anxiety and panic attacks and still trying to complete uni.
I've become so anxious and been having so many panic attacks I've hardly seen my flatmates over the past months and I find it very difficult to go into uni for my lectures
I was wondering if anyone out there is going through the same thing or if anyone has any advice to help me?
No one really knows I deal with anxiety so I don't really have anyone to help....

Your uni should have a student helpline run by elow students just for this. Also you should get in touch with your university suport services. This is something they'll have sseen before and know how how to help you.

I am sorry you're feeling like this. Have you thought about seeing a doctor?
