Basically, this year has been a total disaster for me. I am taking physics, chemistry, maths and history, with an intent of doing physics at uni (currently doing AS, NOT IN YEAR 13). In physics, our teacher left us, and the new OCR B exam board is very difficult. Getting closer and closer to the exams and not knowing the content is horrible. I am possibly thinking about moving schools and starting year 12 again. Is this possible?

I m afraid a university might not accept a resit year if the only circumstance causing it is a teacher leaving, best to contact where you are interested in to find out.

I achieved CCDE in AS levels at my 1st attempt. I then moved to a different sixth form to retake year 12. It won't be a big deal unless you are applying for competitive courses such as Medicine. I have offers from university and I have many friends who retook year 12 and have offers from Russell group universities so don't worry. However, I would advise you to try your very best in your exams this summer. If it doesn't go well this year then you can retake year 12 if you want to.

A certain sixth form told me that they would only accept me if I change all my alevels. Is that the case for every sixth form?

At my first sixth form I studied Maths, Biology, Chemistry and History. During my retake year I studied Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Psychology. So no it is not the case for every sixth form.
