Throughout my whole entire life my stepdad abused me, he favorited my sister over me and didn't treat my mum nicely. When I reached 12 my mum had decided she had had enough and we moved out. I started high school and made new friends and finally felt happy but it didn't last very long. Some of my friends moved away and the others stopped talking to me. I became depressed, lonely and developed anxiety. It became too much for me to handle and I stopped going to school (that was the worst ever decision but I just wasn't thinking straight). I'm now 14 and I haven't been to school in over a year, I barely leave the house and I have put on weight. I want to lose weight, go back to school and get my life back but I feel so unmotivated. I just can't help but feel like I've completely ruined my life because of all the time I have missed off school. Any tips on becoming motivated again?

are you interested in any specific career?
use that as a goal you have to work towards,
and just think how you could change your whole life with education its not too late, you can achieve the best grades by the time you do your GCSE's and after that the future is in your hands, dont let your past stop you from giving you the best future you could possibly have
once you start school, I'm sure you'll make new friends and everything will turn out alright
    good luckk!!
