So I am doing a ppt presentation but unsure whether I would need to reference any pictures I've used in the slides? Like ones I may have gotten from the Internet.

Depends on the context - not small pictures etc but if you are making an argument and using data then a footnote on each slide, or mentioning that links would be available on handout notes (even if you don't actually use them) would be appropriate. What would be done in the course of the job? If they would reference, you should.

If the source of the PPT is relevant to whats on screen, then yes. If its just to back up where it came from, then not really or include it in the handout . Ise some common sense, do you think your viewer would want to know and is it relevant?

Hmm, I always work under the assumption that if you're using an image that is not your own, you need to reference it. I usually do this just by placing the URL in the footnote or under the image in tiny grey font. No need to reference formally because this is hardly a conference presentation or anythng like that.
