I have a wish that I'd use were this opportunity to arise. I actually have it written down somewhere around here. But the gist of it is that I'd wish to be female. It just seems right.

I know it sounds pretty unimaginative, but probably a windfall of cash, so that I could live comfortably
For my papa to finally find a match on the transplant list but I would rather it happened without someone having to die and someone losing a loved one.

If the wish had to be something to do with me then I would wish to get rid of OCD fully forever.
Something like Bernard's watch would be cool. I'd use it to sneak into gigs/events, travel the world and do cool **** like rob banks/steal cars and become rich. :')

Or; if we're referring to a serious wish;

A cure for Multiple Sclerosis.
