How should I choose between Edinburgh (msc economics (econometrics)), warwick (msc economics) and nottingham (msc economics and development econ) ?

what would be the best choice if I want to pursue a phd after that?

    Many thanks

Any would be fine, though it would probably be worth making sure that the area you would want to pursue PHD studies in is adequately covered in whichever course you choose. Beyond that, your results will matter far more than which university they are from in this case. Have you looked at the material you will cover and made sure in each case that it is what you really want to learn?
