My emotions are out of control, help! watch

I have a crush for almost a year, which I want to forget and never have to think about him ever again. It was working for a few months, I somehow managed to occupy myself and forgot about him for 2 weeks...

It would be helpful if I didn't see him, but he's not avoidable when he goes to the same sixth form as me. Whenever I see him, I visibly tremble and stun, even my friend told me what was happening to me. I would tell him that I like him if he was my friend, but he's not, you can say it's one of those infatuation crush where I like him by his looks. But it has grown into the phase now where I ''think'' I know him because I make assumptions of his character/personality through observing his actions around his friends and his attitude in general. I know I don't really know him, but it feels like it and it feels like I am trapped in this crush with no way of getting out. To top it off, I think he's going out with someone and I honestly can't control how I feel.

I am extremely emotional as well

Infatuation is really difficult. Do you have any mutual friends? The best way to move through this would probably be to meet him and get to know him properly. That way you can decide if you like him for him or just for his looks.

thank you I really think that's my only option! but really I don't want to look like a creep by starting a conversation with him, we've came across each other several times after school in the most unexpected place and i think he thinks i'm stalking him. :/ i guess i just have to find about him another way

I've only ever been brave enough to start a conversation with one guy and now we are in a happy relationship drop him a message just asking how he is or something like that and see if he wants to carry on the conversation. Get to know him maybe he's a bit different to what you think. Just because he acts a certain way around his friends doesn't mean he's actually like that.
