Turnitin help!!!!!!!

I submitted my 5000 word essay just before deadline closed. I realised an hour later I had forgotten to include my reference list!! I have included I text citation and my turnitin % is only 10% similarity. I can't get hold of any uni tutors but have phoned and left voicemails /sent emails. Does anyone have any experience of this kind of problem? I used refme and forgot to add it, stupidly! I am totally kicking myself about it

urgh i hate that thing
i gave up using it tbh
the tutors will check it their selves anyway
