Ignore the fact its a spanish site name I swear by https://www.conjuguemos.com/ for practising tenses!
http://www.frenchspanishonline.com if you want any grammar points explaining really well!
https://www.laits.utexas.edu/tex/gr/ is also really good for practise!
I don't do German sorry but these are the French I use!

http://www.languagesonline.org.uk/Hotpotatoes/Index.htm -German (Beginner to GCSE, but still useful for AS/A level
