I've, gone through so many different topics to write my Speaking and Listening exam on but not one I feel is good enough, could someone please give me some topics to do it on?

I have do my speaking and listening as well. You should talk about something that interests you and have good knowledge about. Plan your ideas and make sure they flow in order. Topics you could talk about include a specific sport, Family, Future plans, Holidays, celebrity and anything else that appeals to you. You could literally talk about anything but do not choose a topic that seems interesting but you dont really like. Also make sure to not write a script and learn it.
