Hi I am doing some questions and I am really stuck on these two.
1)What would be the order of reactivity of halogenalkanes if the polarity of C-X bond were the only factor?
I thought it would increase as you go down the group Br is less electronegative than Cl or F. If it is less electronegative wouldn't it be easier to react with ?

2) what would be the order of reactivity for the halogenalkanes if the bond enthalpy of C-X bond were the only factor ?
I don't know about this one. Would it decrease ?

I dont know!! Please help :\
