Its all over my body especially my thighs and my back and its so awful. Its caused by some allergic reaction (I dont know WHAT it is yet) and my throat is also sore. I've been trying to get to bed since like 8/9 but I can't fall alseep with these dreaded things on me. I've had a shower like 3 times. Just came out of another cold one now and its cooled it down slightly but not a lot.

How do I go to sleep with this :cry2: I'm going to the doctors tomorrow and going to buy some medication. But I have to wait until 8/9... and I'm so tired

Antihistamines usually reduce the effects of a allergic reactions, they are over the counter so it's fine

bit late now but the itching after an allergic reaction is caused by histamine so yes antihistamines help. You need to see a doctor as the sore throat could mean it's something else. If the "sore throat" was really your throat swelling shut and making it hard to breathe then it should have been a 999 call,

You need anti-histamines + corticosteroids will also help

anti-histamines you can get from the counter but I think you need prescription for corticosteroids
