I have applied this year for Computer Science at Oxford Brookes University and University of West England Bristol. I have received an offer from UWE but Brookes has declined my application. After couple of conversation with the Admissions lady, she advised me to do Foundation Degree at the college based in Abingdon which will take 2 years and after that one year (3rd) on Brookes University to complete my Computer Science degree.
I am still struggling as I am not sure what should I do. Did anyone hear about Computing degree? Is it worth paying money or it's better to choose University of West England Bristol?
I am now living and working in Oxford. This is my second main concern. How does the student life looks like in Bristol? Is the cost of living much cheaper than here in Oxford?
