Hi all. Okay, so I'm going to a party soon and there will be a person who I am looking forward to meeting there. This person is in one of my classes, yet I rarely chat, and I don't want to seem sad, but he would be a 11/10 and myself, maybe a good 6/10 if my hair is working with me. Does anyone have any tactics, other than obvious classwork, for convo topics? And in general we have spoken a few times, it just seems as though it's a bit forced. Ty all

Dont see why the fact that you barely talk, yet share a class cant be used to start a conversation. Walk over, say that you recognise them from whatever class, mention you never talk and then just talk about whatever?

Our class is extremely distinguished, there are lots of barriers and we aren't allowed to talk in lessons, rarely, unless it's an important question e.t.c. but I have tried, but as earlier, it seems quite forced.
