Right, here goes... I am deciding between two sixth forms: my feeder sixth form or a local catholic sixth form. I will be taking different subjects at each sixth form-
Feeder-- English lit, psychology, BTEC sport
Catholic-- Geography, psychology, A level sport
The Catholic sixth form has a great reputation and experience, but is snobby and is an all girls' school- therefore I gonna be *****y as hell. The feeder is more laid back and I love the atmosphere, also having better teachers as I know them well and they're experts in their fields. However, they can only offer BTEC sport. I am wondering if the environment of the sixth form, the people in it and teachers have had a huge impact on people who have experienced sixth form, and also if I can get into a great uni on a sport science degree (the likes of Bath, Loughborough, Durham etc) with a BTEC sport, or if attending the Catholic sixth form and doing a level will be better. My PE teacher thinks that university's are starting the accept the BTEC more as it integrates well with the uni courses, is this the case?
Thanks in advance (sorry for rambling also haha)
