    Hi, I am currently taking centrum multivitamins for man under 50 or whatever... Is it okay? The fact is I am 17 years old, and I’m just worried something would happen to me xd

    The only reason you should take multivitamins is if your diet is really poor. Nothing will bhhappen if you keep to stated doses, but uoi are more likely to be making expensive wee.

    To be honest my diet is really poor, becuase I've got those white dots on nails meaning i need more vitamins
