SAAS - Right course code, coming up as wrong course title! Eh?

Not quite sure what's went on here. I applied online for SAAS pretty much the day the online applications were available, and went through it all fine and dandy up until the bit where you put in your university and course. I put in University of Glasgow, and when I went to course, my course wasn't listed. So I selected the "other" option and put in my course code (C720).

My course is called "Molecular and Cellular Biology", with the code C720, but on the paper award I've been sent, it's come up as "Medical Biochemistry." Is this a major problem, or does SAAS just call it something different from the university. I'm worried the university will not accept my awards letter as it's not for the course I'm meant to be taking.

Looks like I'll have to check up like Mush had to. I'm pretty sure they're just calling it something different, because I just looked up the course code on UCAS, and it comes up with all the universities offering that code, there's a few that are called "Medical Biochemistry."

Yup It will just be a different course with the same code. Same with my geography course, some of them use LK74 and some use L700 (I think)

Aye nothing to worry about Sammi! It'll just be the same as what happened to me.

I wish the universities, the SAAS, and the SLC would actually TALK to each other now and again and synchronise all their information. They really don't have a clue how each other work.
