He never texts me...

A friend told me he liked me and wanted to start something with me a month ago.

I like him back and we've stayed at each others a few times, and spent some time together since. We both quite like each other and he's told all his friends and mine how much he likes me.

However, he's hard to get hold of, he's not a great tester (never has been) and when he makes plans he sometimes bails and often turns up late.

My friend said that if he really liked me he would text me more and want to see me more, we've been seeing each other almost every other day, however like i said he's not great at making plans…

I know he definitely likes me that's the thing, that's why this is so confusing to me?

Maybe he doesn't want to come on too strong?? You see him regularly anyway.
