Hello! My daughter's first application through UCAS was for Fashion Design; now she meets the criteria for UCAS Extra and she wants to change the subject to Modern Languages at Leeds University; where ( at which e-mail adress) could she sent her new personal statement? Thank you

If she wants to submit a new PS directly to a university then she'll need to contact that university first (this is a good idea for any Extra application anyway). A quick phone call to admissions explaining her situation and double checking that
a) Leeds are still accepting Extra applications (sometimes universities are slow to close courses on Extra) and
b) she has a good chance of receiving an offer

It should be simple as part of this to explain that she's changed her subject choice substantially and to *ask* if they would want/welcome an additional PS to cover that. *If* they say they would welcome an extra PS then they should give details of where to send it and when.
