Hi, I am planning to move out this September and my budget is going to be quite tight but I want to live near the city centre so I can walk to and from university and take advantage of the various martial art gyms nearby. I plan to take somethiing up when I move out to help stay fit after losing so much weight.

I was wondering what IQ birmingham is actualy like though, I plan to get an en-suite room so I know I'll be sharing with people, but how many?

I'll be a final year law student so I wouldn't want it to be too noisy but I'm not super fussy, just not loud all the time. I plan to get an en-suite room.

Also, can you give general information about it please?
