Are you doing that and is it helping? What kind of things are the university doing for you. I am getting help outside of university- sort of.
PM me I'll reply in a little while since I'm going out now.

I am beating myself up because my mindset in stupid and destructive. I won't get far with it and I am really annoyed at myself for losing control and letting things get like this. But no matter how much I want to change the mindset it doesn't work and it just get worse- that is frustrating.
You are ill. It will take soem time so you have to work with your therapist. people do get better. Are you in contact with people from MIND and other mental health charities?

Do as has been suggested and talk to your GP first i.e this week, then on what they say you can talk to your tutor. maybe your uni has a welfare rights officer and they cna be your student rep? Find out the options and decide how you wnat to deal with it. 1 uear is just 1 uear. You have many more in front of you.

Accept your thinking is imperfect at the moment. Nobody cna be sure what happens in the future, some of those years you will be happy. your priority is to get better first. see your GP next week with a biew to seeing your titor or the student rep. Dont worry about having done the same last year, its just you arent better.

Take it one day at a time and try and look after yourself. Yni just seems to give you stress you cnat deal with at the moment.
