Constantly worrying about everything watch

I constantly worry about everything and it's getting to the point where I'm constantly tired, withdrawn and irritable. My eyelids twitch all the time, I get headaches, I can't focus on my work.

I worry about getting in trouble at university. I've always been the goody two shoes type of person but now I worry obsessively about it. Coursework makes me extremely anxious to the point where I'm rereading coursework multiple times after I've already submitted it. I'm terrified of accidentally not referencing something or being accused of falsifying data. I missed a practical class today due to a stress-related migraine and they're now asking for proof and I'm worried that I'll get kicked out for this.

I also worry about my family's health. If one of my parents mentions something in passing e.g. that they have a headache I'm immediately coming up with the worst possible causes.

Every single day I have something to worry about. I'm exhausted from it.

    Hey,

You may be suffering from an anxiety type thing. I worry like that a lot too, but I have other mental health issues that causes it.

I would strongly suggesting going to your GP. :hugs: Counselling or some type of therapy could help, and perhaps even medication. It sounds like this obsessive worrying is impacting on your daily life, and I know how much that sucks. You don't want that. :hugs:
