    I would not have a chocolate bar such as Mars or Galaxy because these will more than likely melt when dunked, which creates a horrible chocolatey mess.

    As for the Soreen fruit loaf it would get soggy if you dunked it, although having a slice of it with a cup of tea would be nice.

    I would say have a biscuit. Personally I favour the versatile dexterity of shortbread as it is robust enough in its consistency to be dunked and then nibbled repeatedly.
