Hi, my fiancé, who is 23, will be heading back to college this September to do an access course. As he wont be working as much I'm going to struggle paying all bills and debt. We have made a big in pact since January but looking at it we won't have it payed off in time for him going back. We are unsure wether he will receive any help or not. The college have said he might not have to pay his tuition fees as long as he goes to university after, which he will be.
Does anyone know where to start looking to see if he will get help or any tips or other student things that will help us save money?
    Thanks in advance Maci

Look into whether he is eligible for any kind of grants and look into whether that course allows him to be exempt from council tax.
