I booked a full day appointment last month, paying £100 'non refundable' deposit, the appointment is not until the very end of April.

The man i booked in with had randomly left this particular studio and moved over 10 miles away to a different one.

I received an email today saying i now have to travel over 15 miles to the other studio to have my appointment! There's just no way i can travel that far due to personal issues regarding an ill family member,

I paid 2 weeks after confirmation of a full day appointment at THIS studio.
Surely they can't now NOT refund me if they won't provide the service i paid for.
It's their fault not mine. It's not like i cancelled on them.

As it stands they claim to be coming up with a happy medium but i've just suggested they keep the deposit and change artists.

If the other artists walked out before completing an outstanding appointment it's his bloody fault and his loss.

How can i take this further if they refuse? What should i do?

    1. Get back your money
    2. Tell the man to go back the studio which is near to you and get his job done
    3. Call the cobs XD
