How do I make a formal complaint against a TSR 'community assistant' ?

I feel that he's violating the bit of power he now has and taking the absolute mick. This may sound sad or whatever, but I enjoy reading old maths threads and solving questions which other people have struggled on. However, he constantly closes threads deletes comments and it's started to get annoying because he deleted one of my comments! I don't know if he's trying to troll me or something, but It's not funny.
