    Yep I roll my own **** - I don't buy packs because it is a lot more expensive. A 20 deck for example would cost me about £7 and I would smoke basically the whole thing in 1 day whereas I can buy a pack with baccy, filters and rizzla for £4ish and it will last me nearly a week.

    A little - but I found an inhalator more useful as it kinda mimicked smoking for me. I gave up for about 3 months until stress got the better of me! Will power and actually wanting it are the main factors imo. These other things are just crutches to help you along a little

    Honestly?

    - Some pens
    - My college folder
    - Lip balm
    - Lip stick ( that I don't care about much)
    - Deoderant
    - A tiny perfume
    - My purse
    - College ID
    - Anti-bac gel (living life on the edge,clearly)
    - Earphones
    - A hair bobble
    Oh, and some delightful empty chewing gum wrappers.
