    hey,

so everyday life has been getting pretty overwhelming recently and although I'm in the process of getting help, the waiting lists for everything are really long.

I suffer from pretty bad depression and get anxiety attacks and anxiety-related chest pain every day. Today I had to miss school because the decisions involved in getting dressed were too much to handle and I just lay on the floor and cried.

I regularly spend more than 3 hours a day crying. I have no idea how to get better, I'm not even sure if I want to. Please can someone help.

Hey, this sounds really hard. Is there anything your GP has recommended doing while you're waiting for things to happen (I'm assuming it's them you saw)? There's various things online that could help, the most useful of which could just be mindfulness- google it but it helps a lot of people, me included to some extent. It won't solve anything but might make it a bit more manageable. There's always people on here that will listen and also people like Samaritans who can be a huge help. I hope things improve and you can get some better help soon though.

    I understand your pain.
Have your parents help you to get you to a psychiatrist. It helps.

Hi, I get how you feel, maybe try some self help books and mindfulness, yoga can help too maybe.
