Whenever I'm really stressed and in an environment where either I can't be alone, or am completely alone, usually some part of my hand e.g. nail or side of thumb, will start to bleed. Sometimes my hands shake a lot as well, but generally not on their own. Is there a reason for this, and is there anything I can do to stop it?
    Thanks.
