Considering that the new maths GCSE is a lot harder now and entails the use of the 1-9 grade system, is it still possible to study additional maths? Or is it non-existent to those who take the new maths GCSE (like myself)?

The new GCSE Maths spec still does not cover a lot of the further maths course such as matrices, trigonometric identities, differentiation, set theory so I guess there still will be another GCSE. If not, you could take AS level maths early.
