The medical term for it is Milaria. It happens as you already probably know, overheat & pespire too much. It occurs because the sweat glands are clogged with dead skin & other bacteria, which in turn leads to small blisters on the skin along with an itching sensation. Its best to move to a cooler area or perhaps take a cold shower to cool down to clear it up

Anyway heres the Wiki article I pinched all that from lol

Does the area feel prickly? Like a little pins and needles feeling?

Heat rash occurs because sweat ducts become plugged and sweat leaks into the skin instead of out of it, apparently :p:

Try to keep cool, wear loose clothing and watch what you use when washing. It's possible to buy lotions to help take the prickly feeling away from heat rashes, calamine lotion is a good one.

Heat rashes tend to go away within a couple of days.
Thank you both for the help! I will give you rep

But it had faded by the end of the lesson
