So I'm looking to study BEng (Hons) ROBOTICS, at Plymouth University, however I do not have the required level of Mathematics. Because of this, I've been instead offered to take the foundation year first.

I'm having difficulty deciding whether I should go ahead with the offer or not. Has anyone taken a foundation year? What was it like? Any advice?

    Thanks

This is a bit of a niche question, you would probably have more luck if you used the search function, search 'foundation year' in the Plymouth University forum. But for what it's worth, I think foundation years are a really good way to get into university.
