"Would be happy to catch up in the summer regardless and to give you further direction should you desire it"

It sounds more as if your interviewer would like you in the sack.

I sent a thank you email to all of my interviewers today (4) and 1 replied, and said:

Hi James,Thank you for your note. It was a pleasure meeting you today and thank you for coming in so well prepared. Our team has yet to complete all of the assessments (these will be completed by the end of next week) following which they will be in contact with you to let you know the outcome. All I can share with you at this point is that you scored very well on the various points of discussion and tasks.Would be happy to catch up in the summer regardless and to give you further direction should you desire it."

Does this mean it's likely I get an offer?
It means what it says. You did well and they are happy to be a point of contact. He hasnt offered you anything as his is just one opinion, but you did well si wait and see,
