I don't know if he 'likes' you, there isn't enough info. He asked you to dance, so he doesn't hate you. Why don't you just ask him? you'll never know otherwise.

You haven't really said anything to suggest that he likes you in the way you think he might, dancing with a family friend at a family party doesn't really mean that much. It sounds like he was just being nice.

Ditto the other two. There's not really any evidence to prove he likes you - and are you sure he doesn't see you as family?

I don't think you should say anything until/if you get to know him better.
