The WJEC Eduqas ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE specimen assessment material includes a lot of nature related questions for the poetry comparison section. Does this mean that the exam question will be likely related to nature?

Not necessarily. The style and objective of the questions will be the same, but the content and theme of them may be different.

Unless your exam is focused on nature (i.e. it's in the title), then it will probably be a different focus but the general idea and skills needed will remain the same.

The SAM materials are designed to show teachers and students an idea of what is expected of them
