You have been living with a rleative in the UK?

You arent saying why or who you need to prove residency to.

normally anything with your address on from an official source.

Passport, driving licence and correspondence with official bodies.
You cna also use things like utility bills, mobile phone contracts, bank statements, wage slips, electoral register.

Talk to the people asking you so you cna prvide what they want.
