I know it's a bit early as I'm in 2nd year (LLB) but our next year dissertation is optional. And I'm not sure if I should choose to do the dissertation. I find the module choices interesting and I'm much better at exams than coursework. But I've heard the dissertation is more impressive to employers so I was just wondering if not doing the dissertation would have a negative impact on future prospects? What are the pros and cons of doing a dissertation?

    Thanks

No difference to employers. your scores are. if you do better in exams do exams. If theres a course you wnat to do, then do that.
