    sleep 6 hours again.
you're depriving your body of 2 hours that it is used to, so it's trying to make up for it during the day.
stop being mean to your body.

you need a decent amount of sleep to consolidate what you've learnt that day anyway.

You should definitely be sleeping more than 4 hours and regardless, your sleep pattern wouldn't adjust automatically, as far as your brain is concerned, you're not getting enough sleep

    Drink loads of coffee

Just kidding. Just sleep for an extra 2hrs. I doubt you changing your sleeping pattern has helped you anyway, especially since you're struggling to pay attention in class.

I don't believe for a minute you fill up your entire day from 8am to 11pm with school and classes... and if you are then you don't need to revise at home too!

if you're making yourself that exhausting you're going to be missing more than you're learning in the extra hours you're awake, you'll perform better if you revise smart for less time...

Lack of sleep will just exacerbate your difficulty, it would probably be better to reevaluate your study technique rather than how many hours you're putting in

It could be a sign of depression, I frequently overslept during the height of my depression.
