Student Finance Application

As I'm applying for student finance for the following year it's asking when I will be moving to the new address at the uni accommodation. When would this be? On UCAS my application says the start date is the 19th of September, but is this the course start date or the day I would be moving there? Thanks

course start date, its only an estimate you need its so they know when to start posting stuff to your uni address.
