    Well it's pretty clear you have something to hide this way. That will just attract more comments.

    Own it. Put it out there and make clear you don't care what anyone thinks about it. Don't engage with any comments.

    Tell them to stop focusing on your grades and start paying attention to their own since they're so crap.

    Comparing what you have against others doesn't do anything but point out your own failures, so the sooner they stop obsessing over whatever letter of the alphabet you got this time 'round is when they can start improving their own.
