They're super strict when it comes to touchy subjects such as that. As a Jadeja, apparently I'm of a higher cast and stature than other casts. Like, what? o-o'' It's all bs to me and I'm pretty sure we're in 2017 and not hundreds of years back.
What are your views on Ravindra Jadeja then?

Ah geez...I've lived in both Asia and the UK for equally as long, and whereas my mindset is more British, my mannerisms and habits are Asian. I'm trying very hard to stop saying "aish" and "aiyah".

Since I haven't actually lived in Asia for a while, I haven't had the chance to accustom to that way of life. Thus, I feel like I have a British lifestyle.

But at the same time, home life is greatly influenced by my parents' experiences from abroad. Food, activities, native mother tongue, etc. Can't imagine how different it'd be without all these things, and whether I could survive not have my daily intake of stodgy rice :ike:

I haven't even been here since day 1 But have been for 94% of my life (yes, I actually worked it out :chaplin: I'm extra.)

Tell me about it... Wanted to switch for A-Levels, but parents weren't having it - "Stay where you're settled" - Only led me to be more distracted that perhaps I would've been someplace new?

Not trying to generalise but most Bengali girls I've met are sweet and innocent.

Good to hear. A generalisation I've got nothing against  (Depends on who you meet and which area definitely though).

And I'm well into my A-Levels (last year now) so transferring may be slightly difficult at this stage

Well technically I'm half white, half Asian. Does that count as British Asian? Either way, I'm British

I don't have an opinion on him apart from the fact he's a great cricket player. Hence why I implied I don't believe in the concept of different casts.

I love choli lenghas! Even though I'm not a Gujarati.
Haha I'm sure many girls from other parts of India look stunning in choli lenghas. If you've got the figure for it, they're perfect

Oh yeah in that case, I think he's great. He's not like Kohli in that he's not arrogant and cocky. He's quite reserved.

Probably to girls he's just got that face they'd supposedly dream of, whereas some of us think he has a face you just want to punch.
